The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the sales operations of our trading division. The role involves achieving sales and profit targets, managing the sales team, developing contractor and commercial accounts, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring effective coordination with warehouse, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.

The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of construction materials and the Qatar market, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and proven experience managing a sales team.
